Neuroagent24 (hereinafter: "Provider") provides business automation, AI agents, system integration, and technical consulting services (hereinafter: "Services") in accordance with these terms.
Services are provided to business entities (B2B). The Provider reserves the right to modify the scope of services with written notice to the Client.
Every engagement begins with a free audit (3-5 business days), resulting in a proposed implementation strategy.

All prices are quoted in EUR. Invoices are issued upon completion of project phases (sprints).
Minimum deposit is 30% of contract value. Remaining balance due per invoicing schedule.
Payments made to bank account specified on invoice. Late payment beyond 14 days may result in service suspension.
All source code, documentation, and configurations belong to the Client. The Provider retains no rights to created solutions.
The Client has the right to further modify, distribute, and commercialize delivered materials.
The Provider retains the right to use knowledge and experience gained during the project for educational purposes (without disclosing sensitive data).
The Provider commits to protecting Client data in accordance with GDPR and industry standards.
All data is processed solely for service delivery. Data is not shared with third parties without express consent.
The Provider does not retain copies of data after project completion (unless otherwise agreed).
The Provider guarantees that services are delivered according to agreed specifications and industry best practices.
In case of non-conformance, the Client has the right to free correction within 30 days.
The Provider is not liable for:
The Provider's total liability does not exceed the amount paid for the service.
Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice if the other party breaches material terms and fails to cure within 14 days.
Upon termination, the Provider delivers all materials and system access to the Client.
The Provider reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days' notice. Changes apply to new agreements and ongoing agreements (unless constituting a breach).
This agreement is governed by Swiss law. All disputes are resolved by courts of the Canton of Zurich.
